3/27/20085 stars!
I arrived at about 3:30 and fished until dark, about 7:00.  Caught about 15 fish, none of them small:  a brookie, a 'bow, and a brown.  They were rising like crazy and eating emergers (rising but no bubbles).  Taking my Adams flies on the surface! Great blue olive (size 14) hatch at dusk.

A beaver had made a great dam between the two parking areas on the river, which made a lot of slow and deep water which the fish were loving.  The beaver swam by me quite close a couple of times which was kind of freaky.
Parachute Adams - nothing else worked.

4/10/2008Mitchell
Took a short after work trip to the Mitchell today.  Started off really slow.  Barely saw any fish let alone hook them.  Finally started getting some action on Light Cahills at about dusk.  Caught a nice Rainbow and few small brookies and bows.
Light Cahill at dusk
